Brené Brown is a favourite author of mine. She is a researcher, speaker, and courageous change maker. in her latest book, she focuses on what it means to truely belong, how do we find meaningfulness in a world that is increasingly becoming disconnected and rife with stress, loneliness and illness. I recommend you read all of her books and watch her TED talks. She is honest, open, and down to earth. She makes me laugh as well, which is always a good thing.
