She provides education and facilitation to groups including schools, health services, training institutes, teams, and businesses. In particular, she is interested in staff wellbeing to ensure safe, healthy, happy, and productive workplaces. 

Christine is a counsellor, facilitator, and coach who works from a person-centred and positive psychology approach. Using therapy, mindfulness skills, and creative focused interventions she encourages people to develop goals and learn skills to increase their well-being, happiness, and satisfaction in everyday life.  Increasing positive emotion and lessening the likelihood of mental and emotional distress.

Christine offers Skype or Zoom as well as face to face appointments.

 

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Counselling

  • Post Graduate Certificate Professional Supervision

  • Post Graduate Certificate Health Science (Child & Adolescent Mental Health)

  • Registered with the New Zealand Association of Counsellors (MNZAC)

  • Member of New Zealand Association of Positive Psychology (NZAPP)
